What’s the most important thing when it comes to soft play?
The thing that is most important to us, and the thing we find that is most important to our customers is cleanliness. All of our equipment is cleaned after every use.
Is all the equipment in good condition?
We pride ourselves on the condition of our equipment. If we wouldn’t want our children to play with any of the equipment then we wouldn’t expect other people’s children to play with it either.
Do you charge for delivery?
We try to be as flexible as we can on this, but sadly we do have to charge for longer trips. The great news is that the first ten miles (from West Byfleet) are free, after that we charge £1 for each additional mile.
What areas do you cover?
Primarily we cover Surrey, Berkshire, Middlesex and Hampshire, but we are happy to travel to most places, including Weybridge, Walton-on-Thames, Guildford, Windsor, Ascot, Godalming, Woking, Virginia Water, Chertsey and Cobham.
What do you charge?
The core package is £100. The equipment can be hired for as long as you need it but no later than 1800 hrs and not overnight.
The core package is great, but do I have to hire it all?
The core package is there to make things as simple as possible, but we are more than happy to work with you and tailor a package that suits you and your child’s needs.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No, there is no need to pay a deposit. Payment is made in full on the day, after the equipment has been set up. We can accept cash, paypal or cheque.
Will I need to sign anything?
You will be asked to sign a copy of our hire terms once the equipment has been set up. A copy of our terms can be sent to you in advance upon request.
What if something goes wrong?
Public Liability Insurance covers us up to £5million.
What age range is the soft play suitable for?
Generally all of the equipment is suitable for between 12 months and 5 years. Some of the toys are designed for 2 years and up, and we have indicated where this is the case. All equipment is used at the discretion of the parent.
How long does it take to set up the equipment?
Obviously it depends on how much equipment you have hired, but we can usually set up and clear down in 15 minutes. We would need to have access to the party venue 30mins before the scheduled start time. That way we can be all set up 15 minutes before the first, excited, party guests are due to arrive.

What if I need to cancel?
We understand that things change, but we ask you give us as much notice as possible. There is no fee for cancellations.
How much space do I need?
For the core package you will need at least 12ft x 12ft of space. If you hire the toddler roller coaster you will need to allow for more space. The toddler roller coaster is 10 feet long, and a bit more space is needed for the run off at the end.
